Hide and Seek Swillhouse is our endeavor to recreate the romance of the era of great invention, exotic adventures and imagination. Hide and seek is victorian futurism, or steampunk; an inspired movement of creativity and imagination, the imagination of technologies powered by steam in the 1800’s as elaborate works of art, fashion, and mechanics. Hide and seek is past, present, and future. Our mixologist imaginatively invented our selection of libations, to present those willing to take the journey with us, a true inventive drinking experience. Our signature cocktails embody both our ideals and guests preference; with upmost attention to quality, we invented a selection that best represent the inventive and experimental spirit of the era. While our forgotten classic cocktails will take you back to the era where jules verne was writing voyages extraordinaires. We have wide selections of whiskeys, cognacs and bourbons, take a sip at our imaginary airship and you will be reminded of a bar in the victorian england or the american wild west era, while the most beloved spirits of the era; rums and gins, are also prevalent in our inventive bar.
